Ethical Business Practices
Last updated on March 2, 2025Our Commitment to Ethical Business Practices
At Innovinity, we are steadfast in our dedication to upholding ethical business practices across all our global operations. The following policy details the principles and initiatives we embrace and enforce throughout our organization.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We are committed to fostering an environment that encourages equality, diversity, and inclusion. Our goal is to have a workforce that reflects all sections of society and our customers, ensuring that every employee feels respected and empowered to contribute their best.
Innovinity provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants, prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, marital status, familial status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status, in accordance with applicable laws.
Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy
We strive to maintain a work environment that is pleasant, healthy, and free from intimidation or hostility. Harassment or bullying of any kind—be it sexual, verbal, physical, or visual—will not be tolerated.
Harassment includes any unwanted conduct that violates a person's dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment. This encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Unwelcome physical contact or "horseplay."
- Offensive jokes or remarks.
- Displaying or sharing inappropriate materials.
- Mocking or belittling an individual's characteristics or abilities.
Bullying involves offensive, intimidating, malicious, or insulting behavior that abuses power and can make a person feel vulnerable, upset, humiliated, or threatened. This includes physical or psychological threats, overbearing supervision, or inappropriate derogatory remarks about someone's performance.
All employees are expected to treat their colleagues with respect at all times. Supervisors are responsible for addressing any harassment or bullying they become aware of and must report all complaints to Human Resources or senior management.
Employees who believe they have been subjected to harassment or bullying should promptly report the matter to Human Resources, their supervisor, or any member of management. All complaints will be thoroughly and fairly investigated, and appropriate remedial action will be taken. Confidentiality will be maintained to the maximum extent possible, and retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Innovinity evaluates its customers, supply chain, and business partners to identify and mitigate risks related to illegal or unethical behaviors, such as human trafficking, slavery, or other human rights violations.
We have established the following initiatives to prevent forced labor, slavery, human trafficking, and other human rights violations:
- Supplier and Partner Expectations: We expect our suppliers and partners to uphold our commitment to integrity and ethics. Through our Vendor Risk Assessment program, we perform due diligence to prevent and mitigate risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.
- Employee Training and Accountability: Our personnel receive regular training on the principles embodied within our Ethics Policy. Employees are held accountable for their actions and are subject to disciplinary action for failing to adhere to company standards.
By adhering to this policy, Innovinity demonstrates its unwavering commitment to ethical excellence in all aspects of our operations.
